Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Exclusivecruniqu, we take pride in every gift wrap and handmade creation we produce. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will work with you to make it right.

Gift Wrapping Services

Due to the custom nature of gift wrapping services, we cannot offer refunds once a gift has been wrapped. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our wrapping, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will rewrap your item at no additional charge.

If we have made an error in your order, such as incorrect colors, wrong style, or damaged materials, we will rewrap your gift free of charge or provide a full refund at your discretion.

Handmade Products

Handmade items such as keepsake boxes, cards, and gift baskets may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in unused, original condition. Custom-made items created to your specifications are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

To initiate a return for handmade products, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item to our studio.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

Corporate and bulk orders are subject to approval before production begins. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. We provide samples and mockups for approval on larger orders to ensure your satisfaction before we begin.

If any items in a bulk order are defective or do not meet the approved specifications, we will replace those specific items at no charge.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: items that have been used or altered after delivery, custom orders made to your specifications, seasonal or holiday items purchased on clearance, and items picked up more than 30 days after completion notification.
